With arrival/departure from Saturday to Saturday, Cala Joncols is a modest family-run hotel which lies directly on the sea-shore. It has more than twenty rooms with double occupancy, terrace or balcony, and sea-view at your disposal.
The bar's drink list ranges from exotic cocktails to draft beer and will most certainly accommodate that which your heart desires. Our restaurant will coddle your taste buds with its extensive selection of home made Spanish meals, offering you fish, meats or paella; moreover, all meals come with fine wines and fresh water, free of charge and at will.
Every morning, for breakfast, we serve fresh oven-baked white bread. In the summertime you may enjoy your meals on the terrace which overlooks the sea. You may, as well, choose from our 'a la carte' menu. Every Friday evening a bar-be-cue is held on the beach or around the swimming pool area, where you can sample Andalusia delicacies and sangria. May you be together with your family, together with a companion, or simply on your own, each and everyone is considered a friend and treated as such.

As per our motto, continuing scuba diving education, brings additional safety while diving, we offer several scuba specialties such as Nitrox diver, Re breather diving, Underwater Naturalist, Drift Diver, and many more.
From beginner diver to instructor levels, we cater for your diving needs and preferences. Our diving instructors have many years of international experience in the diving industry. 15 full sets of diving gear are for rent, newest equipment and much more will cater for all your personal needs. The diving tanks are brought directly to the beach for your convenience.
Blissfully indulge in the scenery, the unspoiled flora of the natural park, as well as the enchanting multiplicity of the 'Cap de Creus' diving sites. The secluded, environmentally protected bay allows you to explore and dive nearly in any weather condition. Beach diving can be conducted daily from 9 am to 7 pm (excluding July and August).
The multitude of dive sites offers an exceptional wide-range of vistas: immense underwater cliffs and escarpments brimming with marine life, a colorful cornucopia of vegetation, as for instance, at a mere 10 meters of depth, the red corals so unique to this part of the Mediterranean.
Even seasoned divers accustomed to the Mediterranean seascape are dazzled by the bountiful fish kingdom; the bay is a border to an environmentally protected region, it is forbidden to fish here.
At any depth in this vicinity divers will encounter a broad spectrum of fish schools: eels, dragon-fish, groupers and many more. The area is a true diving Eden where hermit-crabs, starfish and seahorses find their homes. And after all these thrills and other activities we offer you, the hotel's inviting ambience is most conducive to relaxing with old or newer friends, or to party, or simply to enjoy some respite in utter serenity.
